Ratnabha is known for many things - his vibrant lectures, his awesome personality development programs, his motivational sessions, his innovative techniques, his books, articles and many more. He defines himself as an Author by passion, a Trainer & Consultant by profession and a Student of life. His LOVES of LIFE are Stories, Food and Travel, in that order.

His book ‘GD-PI Handbook’ is an Amazon Bestseller in its category. He left a high-paying corporate career with a BFSI giant, to pursue his interests in Training and Mentoring. Working for several years with one of the largest test-prep organizations of the country, he understood the minutiae of the test-preparation market, not just as a Faculty but also as a Center Head, managing all aspects of the business.

He then co-founded an education start-up in 2014 and was associated with it till 2017. This deeply entrenched in him a firm understanding of the finer aspects of this sector. He was also Dean, Training and Development, in one of the leading Private Engineering Colleges of MP, an exposure which brought him a lot closer to his students, understanding their pain-points with ease.

In his capacity as a Trainer & Mentor, over the last decade and a half, he has interacted with over 1,00,000 students, travelling extensively across the country, ranging from metros (Mumbai and Delhi) to education hubs (Bhopal, Chandigarh, Jaipur etc). His interactions have had a wide array of audiences, be it students from elite institutions like IITs and NITs targeting the coveted IIMs to under-graduates/graduates gunning for aspirational government clerical exams.

He doesn’t believe in the 'One-size-fits-all' philosophy and this led him to uniquely design his modules for different types of students, firmly rooted in adult learning principles. He has developed educational applications targeting Learning enhancement, Personality Development, Life Skills Training and Employability Training for School and College Students.

He joined Meritshine in 2017 as a Co-founder. He has enamoured several batches of students through his amazing teaching skills honed through years of hard work. He is a key member of the team working on the project to integrate Technology seamlessly into Core Academics so that his philosophy of Tailored-Content and Delivery can be turned into a reality.
